Find an authoritative person at ITU to support the metanorma ITU coverage #520

As I am 'just an ITU delegate' I cannot be considered as an authoritative person to provide the right inputs to the metanorma team and I need to find who should be. I can consult both with

Simao Campos (ITU)
Olivier Dubuisson (Orange but Rapporteur of TSAG RG-WM on Working Methods)

But certainly someone authoritative should be included in this repository.

I wrote to Simao and the authoritative aspects are shared between say Simao and Hanibal.

Maybe we should organize a call
