Apache FOP issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FOP-1943.

This issue occurred in https://github.com/metanorma/mn-samples-bsi/issues/67#issuecomment-948611323 (Issue 2.2) for PAS documents and workaround solution found (https://github.com/metanorma/mn-samples-bsi/issues/67#issuecomment-967110861):

2.2. Bad footnote's rendering

Workaround solution applied:

  • page bottom margin increased by 3mm
  • footnote moved down by 7mm
  • empty block added before

I'll apply to ISO XSLT.

Footnotes separated by the short horizontal line, therefore these tips can be applied:

  • footnote moved down by 7mm
  • empty block added before

Only workaround solution is

page bottom margin increased by 3mm

but it's no guarantee 100% result.

I've increased the bottom margin +13 mm and footnote moved up:
