rec_pracs_pmi_v40: "CAx-IF" should be labelled "Interoperability Forum" but this one writes "Implementor's Forum" #1

All documents branded CAx-IF says "Interoperability Forum" like this:

But this particular document "rec_pracs_pmi_v40" writes this:

The "CAx Implementor Forum" doesn't exist. It could only be "CAx Interoperability Forum's Implementor Group".
