@ronaldtse i will ask about these, they are common but i dont know if they are used in a JIS document.
usually the "maru-bango" characters are used to emphasize the order of the list. the order here is important, so some type of ordered list character (specifically as a sequence, a) b) c) , 1) 2) 3), ァ)イ)ウ), is needed. as long as this is a sequence then it is ok, it does not need to be a "maru-bango" ①.. we may want to check with JIS template
for bulleted lists, at least three types of bullet symbols are needed to show the level of the list; we need to discuss the characters used for the bullets
