Document 001: missing bibliographic items for "registers"

In document 001 their code lists refer to some registers as sources. However, I am unable to find them online.

@ronaldtse do you you mean the URLs dont resolve or there are no external references tied to the URLs?

The data comes from the XML, which resolves, but the document tries to denote what "source" this data comes from.

All the other tables have sources.
