Specification: underlines not implemented. The scope of the link is also wrong → considered to be an ADOC modification Pattern C.

Link fixed. Underlines need to be fixed.

I've done one encoding here, and apparently the [underline]#...# command only works when there are blanks before and after the tag:

It works now.

When flanked by blank spaces, use [underline]#...#.
When flanked with text, use [underline]##...##.

@anermina could you please help go through the document and encode the underlines (except for the case of "留意事項" where it is part of the automated formatting)? Thanks!
