In source presentation XML there isn't indication about the list's type:

Numbering differs between HTML and PDF when multiple definitions are used. PDF uses numbers with parentheses and HTML uses letters followed by dots. At first glance, this looks different from https://github.com/metanorma/ogc-citygml-xmi/issues/103.
