continues #104

Numbering differs between HTML and PDF when multiple definitions are used. PDF uses numbers with parentheses and HTML uses letters followed by dots. At first glance, this looks different from https://github.com/metanorma/ogc-citygml-xmi/issues/103.

In source presentation XML there isn't indication about the list's type:

<term id="term-conceptual-schema">
    <name>4.1.7.</name>
    <preferred>conceptual schema</preferred>
    <definition>
        <ol>
            <li>
                <p id="_">formal description of a <em>conceptual model</em> (<xref target="term-conceptual-model">Clause 4.1.6</xref>)</p>
                <termsource status="identical">

but in OGC xslt, the format 1. defined by default (a) inside tables). It seems I have to change it to a) for all cases.

We should do whatever is consistent with a definition list.
