PDF: Rendering table headings and captions #119

"Requirement class"/"Requirement"/"Permission"/"Abstract test" title is centered in HTML, unlike in PDF. PDF also uses all caps for table headings.

Moreover, captions of tables are centered in HTML unlike in PDF. Same applies for figures.

This was from the original design, so it's okay.

PDF also uses all caps for table headings.

This is also from the original design, let's consider it acceptable for now.

Moreover, captions of tables are centered in HTML unlike in PDF. Same applies for figures.

From original design, should be fine.
