Seems SER is the same as "(all-parts)" after identifiers we use in "relaton-iso". Am I right? https://webstore.iec.ch/webstore/webstore.nsf/xpFAQ.xsp?OpenXPage&id=ADMN-7NALGZ

They are not identical. The available SER packages are different from an "(all parts)" citation because:

  1. A SER package is a product.
  2. A SER package is published with an edition year -- i.e. it contains only those standards included within it at that particular time.
  3. There are many standards series that do not have a SER package.
