This identifier is for "The Test Report Form applies to: IEC 60086-1:2015 in conjunction with IEC 60086-2:2015”.

Typically in the list of TRFs, the “,” comma is used to apply to multiple parts of the same underlying document. If written that way it would be "IECEE TRF 60086-1,2A:2017”.

Secretariat reply: IECEE TRFs are not developed as per the IECEx OD-010-1. The OD that applies is the IECEE OD-2020. You can find it here: https://www.iecee.org/documents/refdocs/

In IECEE, the separator is the “&” symbol, not a comma.
