The description given is: "This Test Report Form applies to IEC 60165, 4th ed”

The document identifiers don’t match, so either the identifier or the description is incorrect. https://webstore.iec.ch/publication/7629

This could be renamed to "IECEE TRF 60165A:1997".

Requested clarification from IEC.

From IEC:

Secretariat reply: apparently there was a problem when our TRF data migrated from one database to another in 2016, the reference has been fixed and the TRF will shortly appear with the correct reference in the IEC webstore.

We don't need to handle "-AA". @mico please close when you see this.
