We need to support the full list of IEC Stage Codes: https://www.iec.ch/standards-development/stage-codes

@ronaldtse how to convert stage names which could have 2 stage codes?

CAN could be 50.98 and 30.98
DEL could be 10.98 and 20.98

Thanks @mico for the question.

For both stage names that map to multiple stage codes, we cannot know by the stage identifier. We have to choose one as the default (e.g. the smaller one), and have an optional parameter for the user to enter the actual stage code.
