In update_codes.yaml, this line is given:

ISO/IEC DIS P26511.2, May 2017: ISO/IEC DIS P26511-2, May 2017

This is wrong. It should have been:

ISO/IEC DIS.2 P26511, May 2017

Because "ISO/IEC 26511" is a document, "ISO/IEC 26511-2" is not (do a google search).
