Found a new pattern to parse: "/D{\d+}+{\d+}"

@ronaldtse in the comment here https://github.com/metanorma/pubid-ieee/issues/11#issuecomment-1077390493 you are explaining about similar practice for IEC to combine documents with amendments. So here as I understand for "IEEE 1647/D8+3" for example, it's Draft version 8 combined with Amendment version 3. Do you confirm?

I'm sorry but I can't speak to this; we recommend naming conventions to the working groups that most more or less follow, but many insist on putting their own spin on them, and we aren't really able to police it.

According to one sample:

The x+y syntax, it seems to just mean a version number x.y. So just treat + as a ..
