NIST data source clarification: DOIs "NBS.CS.eNNN-NN" are not all correct #81

The "NBS.CS.eNNN-NN" documents are not all correct.

DOI	Title
NBS.CS.e104-43	Warm-air furnaces equipped with vaporizing pot-type oil burners
NBS.CS.e106-43	Boys' pajamas (made from woven fabrics)
NBS.CS.e107-43	Commercial electric-refrigeration condensing units
NBS.CS.e119-45	Dial indicators (for linear measurements)
NBS.CS.e124-45	Master disks
NBS.CS.e15-43	Men's pajamas (made from woven fabrics) second edition

A "CS" standard means "Commercial Standard".
A "CS(E)" standard means "Commercial Standard (Emergency)". These were made during wartime.

The URLs are incorrect. e.g.
- Link from metadata: https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/Legacy/CS/cse104-43.pdf
- Correct link https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/Legacy/CS/cs104-43.pdf
The "Emergency" status is more like a type of draft status.

Given that in MR style, "NIST SP(2PD) 1800-13B" is "NIST.SP.2PD.1800-13B", a "NBS.CS.eNNN-NN" document should probably be called "NBS.CS-E.NNN-NN".
