Correct Readme #1

I found some inconsistencies while following the steps. This PR corrects following things -

Removes beacon related info from prysm-validator.yaml explanation.
Corrects directory for validator keys.

Good catch on the validator_keys directory error, but I think I can simplify by just adding the validator_keys directory to the import command instead. I don't want to force that work on you, so I'll merge this and make an additional change later today. Thanks.
