Add curl install #5

On a brand new 20.04 install I needed to install curl to be able to do the install prysm section.

Same here, I had to install curl before using it on a new Ubuntu 20.04

sudo apt update sudo apt install curl

Which version of Ubuntu 20.04 is this? Desktop? I have run through these instructions 30+ times and have never once had to install curl separately.
