Get data from "anthrazit" API #150

Anthrazit has a standard product for waste collection calendars. It would be great to get the data from their "API" (e.g. the ics.php endpoint)

This would enable the integration of the waste collection data of e.g. Winterthur, Wetzikon or the City of Berne.
