How to install on Windows #10

Hi,

How to install on Windows? After downloading mp-compiler-windows-amd64.zip, I did not understand what I'm supposed to do with no extension file.

Seems to be some weird bug with the packaging of v0.4.0 for Windows.

If you download v0.3.0 what you extract is a Windows executable, so you don't need to install it - just run "mp-compiler" on the command line.

However, v0.4.0 I can only open in 7zip, which seems to contain a new zip, which in turn contains a file called mp-compiler-darwin-amd64. That doesn't seem entirely right...
