Now expand some of the low-cardinality lines (with fewer than 4 objects):

It looks like MPh cannot count: it says "University of Milan (2)" but there are 3 lines in the Object column
It also looks like MPh shows duplicates: "National Research Council" appears twice

I understand this is only a display issue, but I find it quite confusing.

You should either:

forbid "expand" for such low-cardinality lines
remove the first (comma-concatenated) line
replace that first line with a readout "N values" like for this case:

@VladimirAlexiev , I do not see this as a bug or display issue. I would rather approach this request as the UI design gap where we display concatenated values separated by comma at first glance without expanding.

Having said that, I will bring this UI gap to the internal dev team. cc @phaasenase, @aschwarte10 .

That is not confusing.

What is confusing is that MPh continues to display this concatenated value after expanding. So you see duplicated text on the page (in the case of a single value, it's an exact duplicate!)
