Suggestion: review option abbreviations #1324

Brand new CMv2 has option -cp (config path).

However within the withdraw operation there's yet another -cp which stands for "charity percentage".

I would suggest to have a consistent naming dictionary as to avoid any confusion when using the candy-machine.
