[Bug]: Keeps charging sol to regular people minting our project #2146

Issue description

Set up Candy machine, UI working. Latest version of Metaplex github (forked today). Continues to charge my community 0.01sol for using their fingers and patiently waiting for txs to confirm.

What can I do here. Entire community is unable to mint, and getting charged sol. How can this bot protection be so awful for regular users?

"Mint likely failed! Anti-bot SOL 0.01 fee potentially charged! Check the explorer to confirm the mint failed and if so, make sure you are eligible to mint before trying again."

Quick question, are these people minting within ~90 minutes of the mint opening (check how much Solana blockchain was behind on time here: https://status.solana.com/)

The standard CM UI hasn't been using on-chain time but rather a Unix time, the discrepancy is probably why the mint is failing and people are being charged.
