Update User Agent sniffing logic and dialog #717

Per https://github.com/metapolator/metapolator/issues/697#issuecomment-188343710 we can test that Metapolator runs in Chrome/Chromium without flags, and then adjust the user-agent sniffing logic and dialog

Yeah, when the Atem stuff is integrated into Metapolator.

I'll do this within the next 2 weeks. I don't want to have it forked for so long. The pain of merging it grows over time.

I'm on it! I have a lot core functionality in Atem-MOM already. What is missing there at the moment is some dependencies we have to node.js packages (util-logging and commander) that's what I'm doing right now. I'm not sure if I can keep my own time schedule, having the heavy lifting done this week, but I think I'm not to badly behind. What I did last week was porting the missing UFOReader and UFOWriter to ufoJS, this took a while, but it will greatly reduce the mess in MetapolatorProject. Also, now ufoJS can soon be called 1.0.0 (let's say when I'm positive that everything works alright)
