extended eurid and bugfix #123

The EURid has the possibility to check domain informations with and without an authcode.

Built in the possibility to add an registrant and add nameservers for an domain transfer.

There was a bug in the registrarFinance-1.0/includes.php. registrarFinance-1.0 is a service and not an extension.
