Change license to MIT #391

Hi,

Are you open to change this library to an MIT license? Currently we are unable to use this library because of the GPL 2.0 license.

It's also unclear what the license actually is. As https://github.com/metaregistrar/php-epp-client/blob/7d30319e0a2b90ddce59a75a07ac318ed2fc13ca/composer.json#L7 shows MIT and https://github.com/metaregistrar/php-epp-client/blob/7d30319e0a2b90ddce59a75a07ac318ed2fc13ca/LICENSE.md shows GPL 2.0.
