@marqh The content of this change is fine ... however by now allowing the land_binary_mask to be invertible it causes a clash in the GRIB2_TO_CF table as it maps to G2Param(2, 2, 0, 0) as does land_area_fraction.

Thoughts?

you are right, my mistake

this is a binary to proportion translation, so only works one way

i have updated the branch
