for equivalent reflectivity, dB is not a valid udunits entry, but dBZ is

for undilute CAPE, this changed from http://reference.metoffice.gov.uk/um/stash/_m01s05i233:1 to http://reference.metoffice.gov.uk/um/stash/_m01s05i233:2 way back in the UM history

Repurposed STASH codes are a problematic legacy. In this case I recommend we use the modern version, which has been in place for many UM releases. I don't have a version number where this changed though.
