Long name is now a standard name #92

I propose these changes to Metarelate's metOcean knowledge base. The changes are correct, to the best of my knowledge. I agree to my username being used to label these changes. It appears that wet_bulb_potential_temperature

is now registered as a valid standard name, and published by NERC on behalf of the CF community
