Optimize parseEvery & nextEvent #123

I don't like how this functions are implemented now:

nextEvent: https://github.com/metarhia/metautil/blob/a0bc899f7eb1cb0e8360c75ec5e62e35e911bea4/lib/utilities.js#L276-L310 But we need tests before optimization: https://github.com/metarhia/metautil/issues/122
