Document setup of MSV3 Server #390

assuming that the MSV3 server is running and connected to metasfresh via rabbitmq.

open the MSV3 Server window https://yourserver/window/540424 and add an entry for the MSV3-Server:

open the MSV Customer config window https://yourserver/window/540423

Note: if you start with a fresh msv3-Server and an already existing server config, you can invoke the URL https://yourserver/msv3/rest/requestUpdateFromServerPeer

to have the msv3-Server get the data from metasfresh
