Update data import docs #502

[x] add info about the minimum mandatory fields to make an import work (similar to http://docs.metasfresh.org/howto_collection/Welche_Produkt_Felder_kann_ich_importieren)
[x] add doc on adding custom import fields (see: https://github.com/metasfresh/me03/issues/1396#issuecomment-478549712)
