Create a new Cost Center

Test shall include:

1. Create a new Cost Center
2. Open window warehouse, open an entry, e.g. "Hauptlager" ("Convenience 1")
3. In Cost Center dropdown, select the new one you created
4. Set the Cost Center back to the previous one (or empty)

(no expectation was set for this in customer tests)
