Mandatory Field flickering red when starting Action #1301

What is the current behavior?

When opening an Action modal window w/ included Daterange Field, then this is flickering once in red when the model window opens.

Which are the steps to reproduce?

Open window /window/540361
Select a line.
Start Action "Pause Contract"

Modal Action ovens ad Daterange Field flickers red once.

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Please eliminate the red flickering.
