Setting Price base to "None" in Discount Break never works at first try #2208

Is this a bug or feature request?

Bug

What is the current behavior?

When setting the price base to "None" in Discount Break it's set back to Pricing System, only works at 2nd try.

Which are the steps to reproduce?

Try and see. (see vid in me03 issue)

What is the expected or desired behavior?

Shall work at 1st try.

@siemiatj We need to better understand what is going on here. Can we have a call and do a pair programming for this task?

Looks like for a very short time you get the value set to None, but right after it changes back to default value (Pricing System). We can see this also happening in Redux.

For us it looks like the problem might be in the API, calls like http://w101.metasfresh.com:8081/rest/api/window/233/1000018/AD_Tab-406/1000107 that return wrong values for PriceBase, PriceStdFixed and PricingSystemSurchargeAmt prop displayed.
