Find out where BPUserNameValidator is called and drop the call

• When starting the client, there is an error in the console about this model validator to being found.

What is the expected or desired behavior?

• The validator and its references shall be dropped.

i've dropped it on https://github.com/metasfresh/metasfresh/commit/2ed4c85902f853e024da2793c5c28cf15bb43b77#diff-e66a22ee8bdf6810a0836767db413b0c because i thought it's not used. i.e. i had no AD_ModelValidator records for it.
