This PR adds 6 new mol_dbs, with these sizes:
mol_db7.csv
mol_db8.csv
mol_db9.csv
mol_db10.csv
mol_db11.csv
mol_db12.csv
I've also added code to the notebooks to automatically convert the .csv files into .pickles and upload them.
