Update ML Models #1487

Bishoy radically changed the set of features as well as the number of datasets that participated in the training of ML models. This work was carried out following the reviewers' comments on this article (DOI: 10.1101/2023.05.29.542736).

Steps:

  1. Update ML models (Animal and Plants)
  2. Update train/test datasets.
