Changes to the structure of saving models and the list of datasets #1498

For the sake of consistency and transparency, it was:

  1. All model names have been reduced to one format vX.yyyy-mm-dd_(METASPACE-ML_<MODEL_NAME>)
  2. Added CSV files with a list of datasets used for training and validation for all models
