Shell completions for ports #69

Some CLI programs have shell completion scripts and it'd be nice if ports could install those. These will need to be installed in the shell most likely through the loader script.

Some concerns:

Some programs have dynamic shell scripts that rely on awk (https://GitHub.com/casey/just for example)
Cleanup might be very difficult when envs are deactivated
