Lines loaded on persistent boards have wrong Z offset #25

This is after writing on the board, leaving and rejoining, leaving and rejoining... many times.

I cannot reproduce this in my persistent board test server, which has loaded and saved a complex board hundreds of times, so I believe this was fixed at some point.
