Info display and delete button for historical boards #51

Historical boards should show the date the key was created (i.e. the date the "clear" button was activated to save that board) and other information on the back of the board, as well as a "Delete" button (with confirmation dialog) accessible only to those with Admin privileges, allowing a board to be removed from the history.

We've basically left historical boards behind for now. We'll re-open this if we start using them again.
