[FEATURE BRANCH] - Need to improve the multi-network tutorial in feature_network_tutorial #139

What is the feature you are working on? There wasn't time to fully finish the multi-network tutorial in 1.3.0, so this needs doing for 1.3.1 (documentation update).

What is the use case for this feature? Need to demonstrate this new code. It is described in the quick start tutorial, but more examples are needed.

Core code or plugin? Documentation only (plus any fixes for bugs that are found)

Describe alternatives you've considered Originally was planned for 1.3.0, but time means that this has to ship now. The quick start guide provides enough documentation for this feature. The planned documentation will provide more examples.

Decided that this chapter should be renamed as "Custom Networks" and then move different networks for different demographics into a new chapter. This will be part of the 1.4 release.
