Which plugin for latex shall i use. Or is a extern solution better?

Seeing that the answer to #2 not that easy is and the graph tools for latex aren't able to support sophisticated layout algorithms, we should use an extern tools and embedd the image in latex.

It would be great if we could use Cytoscape both for the web and for the graphs in the Paper.
