Include UptimeRobot #13

To start with, use REST sensors. Or build a custom component.

The only home related check is if home assistant is accessible. But HA will probably be down then.

I would only use the uptimerobot component to monitor Home Assistant or home related sites. Is this still required?

Implemented for monitoring Home Assistant Cloud.

Added through UI and implemented alert in 07acbe967e0b8333f0c40b5691c1166bb16a8413
