Initial support through webmention.io

Selfhosting with Hugo/Netlify is a little difficult. A viable long-term option would be to use the GitHub repo to store comments/mentions.

Incoming

[x] Endpoints for incoming mentions, e.g. Webmention.io
[ ] Show incoming webmentions client side (javascript)
[ ] get JSON at build time
[ ] push new mentions to github

Outgoing

[x] Manual sending webmentions, e.g. Telegraph
[ ] Send mentions at build time
