Generate iconset in ESH #9

Have the script generate anything and everything that is required for using the icons as an additional iconset in the Eclipse Smarthome repository

It has to update mdi, generate icon, generate png, clone your esh fork, copy icons to correct folder, commit icons, push. Than you only have to make the PR by hand.

Or the script would be merged ito the main repo just like the current script to manually generate the png icons.
