Release a new version to Atmosphere

Issue #5 is fixed here in GitHub, but the Atmosphere package still installs twbs:boostrap.

Please release a new version with the #5 fix in it.

It seems that no one has time to take care of this repository anymore. Please tell, if you need help with this repository.

Publishing to atmoshpere would be a 5min job, on the other hand, workarounds for this issue are taking a lot more time.

Please release this update. As someone new to meteor, it took me several hours to identify why twbs:bootstrap was appearing in my application, when I couldn't find it in the package.js on the github repo of any of the packages I was using.

Looks like this package is no longer maintained. Since twbsis in version 3.3.7 now and hat lots of updates. If you guys can't push the updates, at least change the version for twbs.
