Chore/add api integration tests

This PR adds simple integration tests for Space.messaging.Api using the brand new BDD testing api introduced in space:testing.

Other maintainance changes:

Use CircleCI for testing now
Fixed a major bug that commands and events always set their timestamps on creation
Simplified the integration test app setup
Added Space.messaging.EventBus::onPublish and Space.messaging.CommandBus::onSend for registering general callbacks, that are notified any time a message is published / sent (no matter what type).
