create material-ui repo #511

Hi, would you be so kind and create material-ui repo? I plan to start working on such version for some time but I dont want to create it in separate namespace. Or should I just create my own repo and notify you when it will be ready enough to initial cloning to meter-useraccounts namespace ?

@ShockiTV useraccounts:materialize works great, are you looking to create another material UI theme? You can also use the bootstrap useraccounts package with a material bootstrap theme.

@ShockiTV if it's for a new styled version different from useraccounts:materialize feel free to create your own repo (possibly starting from a fork of useraccounts:unstyled?) and work on it locally. Once it'll be ready, I'll be happy to publish it under the useraccounts namespace after the transfer of ownership under meteor-useraccounts

I'd love a material-ui based useraccounts package too.... I prefer to use material-ui in my app (instead of materialize), and even though the appearance is similar, materialize is subtley different, so the buttons, font etc change between login and the rest of the app.
