Urgent Update

This package needs an urgent update for react users.

1) This package require react-runtime (line 179 core.js). React is installed as npm dependence.

2) kadira:react-layout is deprectaed. Now is kadirahq/react-mounter

3) gwendall:blaze-to-react is not the default meteor choice in the official guides: https://guide.meteor.com/react.html , The official solution is gadicc:blaze-react-component

Seems like this repo is not actively maintained, really hope the owner can pass this out to someone else. I have this problem too and eagerly waiting for any update but the pull request #47 seems to be waiting forever.
